Job Summary
Manages Information Services and Analytics (IS&A) project management delivery teams and supporting project portfolio management (PPM) functions. Teams with IS functional areas to set and continuously improve project and program management skills.  

Essential Functions

  • Lead teams of IS&A project & program managers supporting architecture, construction, technology and business application deployments. Recruit, onboard & train new teammates in PMO methodologies, processes and tools. 
  • Lead and operate Project Portfolio Management (PPM) function. Includes working IS&A leadership to capture investments in Innotas, preparing and facilitating monthly review of top IS&A projects and programs with senior leaders. 
  • Team with other IS&A PMO organizations to drive PMO standard methodologies, share best practices, and continuously improve project management skills.
  • Serve on the IS&A PMO Leadership team


Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. This position is subject to high-level visibility through verbal and written communications with senior hospital management, associated project deadlines, personnel evaluation, and counseling. Must be available for on-call support on a regular basis. Must be able to work overtime as needed.

Education, Experience and Certifications
High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field preferred. The ideal applicant will have the following: demonstrated experience with Systems Development Life Cycles (SDLC) (Waterfall, Agile), Vendor Management, Project Portfolio Management(PPM). Candidates with primarily an educational background should have information systems employment experience of 7 years with the information systems technology mentioned above is preferred. Should be a service-oriented, team player. Should have experience in Health Care Project Management minimum 2 years. Should have minimum 4 years of direct management experience. PMI Certification preferred. (PMP, PgMP). Communicates proactively, cooperatively and constructively.
