Carolinas HealthCare System understands that you will have numerous expenses as you begin your first professional nursing position, and we are pleased to offer you assistance with this transition! Qualified participants will be eligible for up to $2000 in reimbursement for items such as uniforms, educational loans from a financial institution, the cost of an NCLEX review course and relocation assistance. Eligibility to participate in this program includes the successful completion of the NCLEX within 90 days after graduation and beginning employment as an RN or LPN within 2 weeks of receiving your North Carolina license. Participants must provide proof of participation in an NCLEX review course and original receipts for reimbursement.
