Joining the CHS family is as easy as 1... 2... 3...

  1. Complete the online application by clicking on the link provided on the right side or bottom of this page.

    2. To assist us in the application and interview process, be sure to indicate the following information in the application:

    1. Three choices of facilities/sites in order of preference.
    2. Select clinical specialty.
    3. Select your Allied Health Specialty within the license/certification category. Select this option even if you have not graduated.
    4. In the comments section type in NEW GRAD ALLIED HEALTH.

    Obtain one reference from a clinical instructor. To receive the reference form, click here and request the Clinical Reference Form or email newgradAH@carolinashealthcare.org. You can return the completed form by mail to Carolinas HealthCare System- Attention-New Graduate Center- P.O. Box 32861, Charlotte, NC 28232-2861.

  2. Once we receive the online application, we will contact you within 48 hours to arrange a telephone interview with our recruitment staff. At that time, we will discuss the interview process. If you have not talked with a staff member of the New Graduate Center within 48 hours of submitting your application, please feel free to contact us at 800-541-4354.
  3. After an offer of employment is extended and accepted, you will need to:
    • provide an official copy of your transcript indicating that you have graduated from the program PRIOR to your start/orientation date.
    • if you are registry eligible notify us when you have completed your course work OR notify us when you are scheduled to take your licensing exam and again when you have your results.
